By using DRVIQ websites, mobile applications, hardware, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use DRVIQ.
2. Description of service
DRVIQ provides vehicle health monitoring, OBD-II diagnostic decoding, inspection reports, maintenance tracking, and related information services. DRVIQ is an early-warning informational tool and is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection or repair.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Hardware purchases may include a free trial of a paid plan; after the trial, billing begins automatically unless canceled.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through our payment provider. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse DRVIQ services, interfere with other users, reverse engineer our software, or use DRVIQ for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
DRVIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for vehicle damage, repair costs, or decisions made based on DRVIQ data. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and seeking professional service when warning lights or symptoms occur.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DRVIQ after changes means you accept the updated terms.
